Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
Direct resident care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements
Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
Prior experience as an RN in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred.
