ER RN - EMERGENCY ROOM NURSING
Schedule: 12-Hour Evening / Night Shifts with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Assignment Details: Contract Weeks: 13 Guaranteed Hours: 36
Requirements:
- Active RN licensure in the state
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- TNCC or TNS certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and policies.
- Document patient care in accordance with standards.
- Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and provide clinical expertise to support patient care plans.
