Registered Nurse RN Emergency Services

About the Role

Castleview Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, individualized care for patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric across our Emergency Department. The RN will work in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering specialized care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
