Howyou'll contribute

ARegistered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assistspatients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Evaluates patient and family learning needs and providesappropriate educationbased on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.

Schedule:PRN- Shifts Varied

What we're looking for

• Associate's degree in nursingrequired;bachelor's degree in nursingpreferred
• BCLSrequired
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Carepreferred;must be obtained within30 daysof employment.Two-three years of experience preferred, but newgradswelcomedto apply.
