About the Role
Join Comprehensive Kidney Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Dialysis unit, where you will provide compassionate care in bedside and nursing home settings. Responsibilities
Administer dialysis treatments to patients in bedside and nursing home settings.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management and dialysis procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or critical care.
Strong understanding of renal disease and dialysis procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
