Critical Care Regional Float Pool (Internal Resource Pool)
Float to ICU and IMC units at three of the following sites:
- MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center
- MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital
- MedStar Harbor Hospital
- MedStar Montgomery Medical Center
- MedStar Union Memorial Hospital
Pay Summary
- $50/hour Base Pay
- Hourly Scheduling incentive
- Hourly Charge/Preceptor Pay
PRN Requirements:
- Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule
- Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule
- 1 holiday a year
- 1 hard-to-fill shift per year
Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- 2+ years of RN experience required; 2+ years of Critical Care RN experience strongly preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations.
