Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Christiana Care Health System, a Magnet‑designated health care organization, seeks hospital‑based nurses for our Float Pool Team in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware. Positions are full‑time flex, 72 hours per pay with possible 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts on day, evening, and midnight schedules. Floats to Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex, Neuro ICU, Surgical Critical Care Complex, Medical ICU, Wilmington ICU, and occasional step‑down or progressive units.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Provide patient‑centered critical care within designated units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality clinical care.

Qualifications

• BSN or commitment to obtain BSN within three years of hire.
• Minimum two years ICU experience.
• BLS required.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Position Details

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. Compensation varies by experience, skills, and qualifications. The rate reflects a good faith estimate at time of posting.
