$123,219.00/yr - $165,838.00/yr

Job Summary

The Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) is responsible for supporting the Director in leading the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments. This includes leadership, clinical oversight, financial management, and human resources. The role involves planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices aligned with the hospital's mission. The Clinical Manager demonstrates critical thinking, technical skills, integrity, and compassionate care, serving as a role model and overseeing all departmental functions. Additional duties are performed as required.

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. in Nursing
  • Active California R.N. license
  • Healthcare Provider BLS upon hire
  • Healthcare Provider ACLS upon hire
  • PALS within 6 months of hire
  • 1-2 years managerial experience preferred
  • 5+ years clinical experience
  • Ability to provide safe, proficient nursing care for critical care patients across various populations

Skills and Certifications

  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Annual salary range: $123,219 - $165,838
  • Hourly pay range: $59.24 - $79.73
  • Wages are determined based on qualifications and experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • 1-2 years management experience preferred
