Registered Nurse (RN) – Circulating – Full-Time Days

This role is for an experienced Operating Room Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Key duties include performing the nursing process, providing patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity, and partnering with patients and families to ensure clear communication and shared decision-making.

The nurse coordinates safe care delivery, supports performance improvement initiatives, and adheres to clinical standards, policies, and ethical guidelines mandated by professional and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience , an active RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred).

Required skills encompass critical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Additional responsibilities involve mentoring staff, participating in research and quality improvement activities, and supporting resource-efficient care across the patient care continuum.
