Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current BLS certification required
- At least two years recent experience in field required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide health information to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the team to create a safe and healing environment.
