You could walk away with your dream job as a: • Cath Lab Nurse joining an well-established, cohesive Cath team • Have the opportunity to work with Significant volumes related to Cardiogenic Shock, STEMI, PVD and Structural Heart (TAVR, Mitral Clips, Watchman, etc.) • Cath Lab consists of 4 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs and 26 Observation/recovery beds Work Shifts Available: • Days • On-Call requirements ***By Appointment Only***

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED • Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; • Bachelor's Degree of Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required • 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse (RN) • One (1) or more years' current experience as a Cath Lab, Emergency or ICU RN is strongly preferred. • Required to live within a 30-minute drive for on-call requirements • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire. • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support –within 90 Days Required • IABP - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Certification Upon Hire Preferred HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO: • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment • Attention to emotional, social, and self-esteem needs • Demonstrating flexibility • Mutual Problem Solving ADDITIONAL PERKS OF BEING A TEXAS HEALTH EMPLOYEE: • Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment programs as well as several other benefits. • Delivery of high quality of patient care through nursing education, nursing research and innovations in nursing practice. • Strong Unit Based Council (UBC). • A supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth.
