Registered Nurse (RN)

The Terraces of Boise, one of several HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home 2026‘ is hiring a Full-time Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) for its Skilled Nursing team. ** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential Full-time Positions available:

• Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 6:00AM - 6:00PM
• Saturday/Sunday/Monday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday/Friday/Saturday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our ‘Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.‘ A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident‘s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Current/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred
