Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Deliver relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations, involving patients and families in the care planning.
- Coordinate and document safe care, promote teamwork, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, participate in research and performance initiatives, and advocate for evidence-based practice.
- Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals.
- Nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification.
- Less than 1 year of clinical nursing experience or completion of accredited nursing program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
