Role Summary:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a perioperative setting. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment while promoting cultural sensitivity and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care aligned with clinical standards and patient goals.
- Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research participation, and shared governance.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a competent and professional nursing workforce.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years recent, acute care nursing experience.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- Active RN license and required certifications including BLS and ACLS.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in technology and documentation systems; ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
