Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - $32-48 per hour

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care provides direct patient care in a 25-bed unit specializing in Med Surg and occasional trach patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients on illness management and post-treatment needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure communication across care continuum
• Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities
• Develop personalized care plans aligned with standards of nursing practice
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors

Qualifications & Skills:

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required
• RN license mandatory
• Bachelor's degree preferred
