Where You Will Work

This is the largest medical surgical unit with a focused population including Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery and General Surgery. Nurses who join this fast‑paced, collaborative environment often build long careers with the team. The unit offers learning opportunities in advanced assessment, IV and enteral feeding tube management, and invasive drainage devices. Leadership and professional growth through education and unit leadership positions are also available. The hospital is a Magnet‑designated institution and offers a supportive, community‑like environment for clinicians.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
