Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide home infusion services to patients in the Richmond, VA area. This role focuses on delivering personalized, one-on-one care to patients receiving IV medications, biologics, and specialty therapies in their homes, with occasional support at the Infusion Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IV infusions and manage PICC lines, ports, and other vascular access devices.
- Assess patients, monitor for adverse reactions, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, line care, and infection prevention.
- Perform sterile dressing changes, line maintenance, troubleshooting, and lab draws.
- Document patient care accurately and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare teams.
- Schedule home visits, manage travel, and ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Virginia or verified compact licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Excellent IV skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patients’ homes.
