Our 9‑Month Nurse Residency Program
For new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience, our 9‑month residency offers structured guidance and added support as you begin your career in rehabilitation nursing. With extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence‑based project, the program sets you up for long‑term success.

Responsibilities
