Encompass Health is seeking Registered Nurse Residents to launch their careers in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an RN Resident, you will provide direct, evidence-based care to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex medical conditions. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you’ll develop strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills while working within an interdisciplinary team.
