Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our NICU Full-Time Nights role. The RN will provide specialized, family-centered care to high-risk and critically ill newborns, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and managing ventilators and other advanced equipment. You will collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the care team to deliver evidence-based care, maintain accurate documentation, and support and educate families.
