Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU Per Diem Days role. The RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill adults, performing ongoing assessments, managing ventilators and drips, and responding rapidly to changes in condition.
Responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary care, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and upholding safety and infection-control standards.
