Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical care by managing patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education Coordinate care by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups Utilize the custom EMR system to answer medical questions and provide lifestyle coaching and patient education Required qualifications BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License 4 years of clinical experience as an RN Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role Willingness to work on some holidays
