As a Registered Nurse in Rehab at Ascension, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress toward mobility and functional goals.
