Key responsibilities: Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications Verify that clinical citations are accurate and sourced from reputable medical journals Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance Required qualifications: Active RN or LPN nursing license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
