Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, supporting ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
- Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of hire.
- Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient-centered care.
