Role Summary

The nurse focuses on patient needs, builds rapport, and responds promptly to meet patient expectations.
Key Duties
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and emergency policies, demonstrating effective clinical practices and maintaining patient safety during medication administration and procedures.
- Assess health status through data collection, analysis, and problem identification to develop and implement care plans.
- Triages patients via in-person or telephone interactions, following protocols or consulting with providers, and follows up as needed.
- Evaluate emergency situations, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and provide health education and counseling.
- Execute delegated medical functions such as administering intravenous therapy and medications, and monitor patient treatment plans.
- Coordinate care across healthcare services, manage patient populations, and promote effective nursing practice within the healthcare team.
- Act as a patient advocate, referring patients to appropriate services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of RN experience required.
- Graduate of an approved RN program with at least 750 clinical hours.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current RN license and Basic Life Support certification within three months of hire.
