Memorial Health in Savannah, GA seeks an experienced RN for our Cardiac Stepdown unit. The RN delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults recovering from cardiac events, surgery, and complex cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities include continuous cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, titration of cardiac medications, post‑operative assessment, and early recognition of deterioration. The RN collaborates with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on disease management, and support safe transitions of care.
