In this high‑acuity ICU, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators, titrate vasoactive drips, monitor neuro status, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams, follow evidence‑based protocols, educate patients and families, and ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to safety and infection‑control standards.
Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.
