The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; coordinate with an interdisciplinary team; and provide education to residents and families. You will support residents’ dignity and recovery while mentoring CNAs, documenting accurately, and promoting quality, safety, and compliance.
