Role Overview:
An Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing activities to meet patient needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation from a specialty nursing program is required. Candidates should demonstrate compassionate care, strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication skills, and adherence to policies and procedures.
