You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for post-operative and medically complex pediatric cardiac patients, manage ventilators, vasoactive infusions, and invasive lines, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate and support families, maintain accurate documentation, and follow safety and infection-control standards while floating as needed within Ascension facilities.
