Schedule: Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six on‑call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday‑Sunday).

About the Role

Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery/OR team. As an OR nurse, you will provide patient assessment, interventions, care, documentation, and participate in the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license (or other compact state license).
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of OR RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Perform timely documentation related to medical necessity.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
