Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina RN license (or compact state RN license).
- BASIC Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1–2 years operating room RN experience required for PRN.
