Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Boulder, CO

A rewarding opportunity awaits experienced Registered Nurses with a background in the Operating Room environment. This contract position focuses on providing exceptional care in the perioperative setting and includes responsibilities in an in-house charge role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical procedures and possess strong leadership skills to support a high-performing team of clinical staff.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights
• 6:30 PM 7:00 AM (overnight)

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year experience as an Operating Room RN
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Demonstrated ability to take charge and effectively coordinate care during overnight shifts in an acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care throughout all phases of surgical procedures
• Assume charge responsibilities overnight, including resource allocation, staff support, and patient assignment coordination
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly responding to emergent situations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal care
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment at all times

$2,299 - $2,432/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
