Registered Nurse Operating Room

A local Ambulatory surgery center is looking for experienced Operating Room Nurses. The surgery center includes FOUR fully equipped operating rooms and are equipped mostly for GI, ORTHO, SPINE, PAIN MANAGEMENT , PODIATRY and some total joints.

Details--

• SHIFT: Start 6:30am- 7:30am, End 3:00-4:00pm MON-FRI;
• Schedule given in advance, only ONE late night!! Way better managed schedule then other local facilities.
• Opening is available due growth of the surgery center.
• No ON CALL, No major holidays!
• The Administrator and Dir of Nursing feels everyone should be treated equally with dignity and respect.
• Created a great culture, “No drama” with staff AND the doctors.
• The staff are experienced OR, surgitech's & PACU nurses that enjoy working togetherwith the leadership and doctors. Picky on who they select to be apart of the team.
• State of the ART Facility and Equipment! Doctors love working there with the nursing team and having all the bells and whistles to have the best outcome.
• Type of SURGERIES: Mostly GI, ORTHO, SPINE, PAIN MANAGEMENT and PODIATRY.

Medical benefits and Salary--

• $48.00- $55.00/hr
• NO COST for Medical Benefits for the employee!
• Staff start at 2wks Vacation and 8 holidays!
• 401k -- Matching up to 2% from Employer

Requirements--

• Registered Nursing License in NJ or Valid Nursing license
• Minimum of one year experience in Operating Room REQUIRED
• Prefer ASC experience
• Team work and hard-working attitude required
