Position Summary:
Provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
Coordinates care collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families, effectively communicating clinical conditions and responding promptly to changes.
Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care.
Promotes the nursing profession through collegial support and professional interactions.
Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current licensure in the state.
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained throughout employment.
