Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and the surgical team
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Support emergency preparedness and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional surgical care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing
• Current Massachusetts RN license or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• BSN or MSN preferred
