We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled perioperative care in a collaborative outpatient surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing direct patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Preparing operating rooms, equipment, and instrumentation
- Ensuring patient safety and infection control compliance
- Performing preoperative and postoperative assessments
- Documenting patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborating with physicians, anesthesia providers, and staff to optimize outcomes
Qualifications Include
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of OR nursing experience
- Preferred outpatient surgical or ambulatory surgery experience
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
