We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with specialization in Operating Room Circulation. The Circulator will provide nursing care and support during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Position and prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case, ensuring all surgical team members have required supplies and equipment.
• Maintain sterility and adherence to infection control practices.
• Provide real‑time assistance and make clinical decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Support the surgical team during patient movement and intraoperative events.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active TN RN license.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Orthopedic OR experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience specifically as a Circulator.
• Sound clinical judgment and decision‑making abilities.
