Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator – Baylor Scott & White Surgicare, North Garland

Job Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. Responsibilities include:
- Positioning the patient for each procedure
- Prepping the patient and the operating site
- Circulating the case, coordinating with the surgical team
- Responding quickly to surgical technician needs and patient safety concerns
Experienced in surgical procedures across the following specialties: GI, ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, Gynecology, and General.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in Texas
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, or PALS (as required by the center)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
