Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Clinical support includes specialty education and competency validation.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months OR RN experience, and BLS certification. Ability to work onsite during night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Duties
