We are a staffing agency as well as Home Health care. We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We are looking for an RN Nurse Manager who is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family‑like care approach to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment.
- Supervise a team of field nurses/CNA/HHA’s.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Home Health experience required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Driver\'s License (Required).
- CPR/BSL (Required).
- Licensed in the state of Massachusetts or eligible compact state licensure.
Job Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
- Schedule: Day shift; 8 hour shifts; Holidays; Monday to Friday; On call; Weekends as needed.
- Weekly schedule: Weekends as needed.
- Location: Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 (in person).
- Education/License: Current Massachusetts RN license (or eligible compact license) and CPR.
- Home Health experience required.
