Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, professional nursing care within a multi-specialty clinic setting. This role supports patients across the continuum of their clinic experience by performing assessments, coordinating care, addressing clinical needs in person and through patient communication channels, and ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic team members to promote positive patient outcomes, efficient workflows, and an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, clinical support, patient education, follow-up, and ongoing care coordination aligned with Prevea's professional nursing standards and in accordance with organizational policies, and state regulations.

What you will do

Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations, whether through in-person encounters or patient communication channels. Using sound clinical judgment, the RN identifies patient needs, evaluates symptoms, and supports care decisions in partnership with providers, escalating concerns that require urgent attention. Provides comprehensive nursing care by delivering a full range of services such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, assisting with procedures, performing clinical tasks and interventions, and supporting provider visits. This includes ensuring patient comfort, maintaining safety, and communicating clear to promote understanding and trust. Respond to patient questions, concerns, and symptom changes through phone calls, electronic messages, and direct interactions.
