Rate of Pay: $36.00-$41.16

- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
- Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure best practices
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support residents' emotional and physical well-being
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
- Active RN license in West Virginia
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors
- *-Sign-On Bonuses are paid in addition to wages quarterly for 1 year
