Hours: 30–36 hours per week. 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Shift times: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, USA

  • Pay range: $37.90 USD to $59.00 USD per hour.
  • PM shift differential 10%; night shift differential 17% of hourly rate.
  • Relocation assistance available.

Description

The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. The nurse demonstrates confident communication skills and serves as a patient advocate.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patients’ physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
  • Plan, develop and implement a multi‑disciplinary plan of care.
  • Evaluate patients’ response to care.
  • Strive for excellence in skill performance, personal growth and professional development.

Qualifications

Education

Required:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Preferred:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Master's degree preferred.
  • General Education Diploma or better.

Licenses & Certifications

Required:
  • Registered Nurse license to practice in Wisconsin.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Preferred:
  • Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
