Night Shift Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and respiratory support.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards.
- Educate families to support their understanding and involvement in their newborns’ care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license with relevant neonatal care experience.
- Knowledge of neonatal health protocols, ventilator management, and infection control.
