Registered Nurse - NICU

Role:

Night Shift Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and respiratory support.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards.
• Educate families to support their understanding and involvement in their newborns’ care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license with relevant neonatal care experience.
• Knowledge of neonatal health protocols, ventilator management, and infection control.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
