Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The RN will deliver specialized, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, ventilator and respiratory support, and family education. You will collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the care team to develop and implement care plans, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards.
