Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key responsibilities include performing physical, social, and psychological assessments; developing individualized care plans with patient and family involvement; coordinating care by delegating and managing resources; and assessing patient responses to interventions to adjust care plans accordingly. Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license in the practicing state; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required within four years for those with less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skills in patient care delivery, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and patient evaluation.

Physical & Additional Requirements

• Ability to see, read, and operate monitors; manual dexterity for equipment manipulation.
• Capability to lift, transfer, and transport patients and supplies, often in crowded settings.
• Extended standing, walking, and potential driving responsibilities.
