Role Overview
We are seeking a NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to neonates in a high-acuity environment. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support families, and apply critical thinking for emergency interventions and evidence-based neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Ensure safety, compassion, and excellence in care delivery
- Support families and coordinate with healthcare team members
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s degree or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
- Current RN license in Maryland
- American Heart Association BLS certification; NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. within 6 months
- Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience
