Trusted Health is seeking an Observation MS RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced observation/med-surg setting. In this role, you’ll conduct thorough assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, interpret monitoring data, and coordinate timely discharges and transitions of care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while documenting in EHR systems.
